Synopsis:
New build apartments on a site at the edge of Heaton Park that was formerly occupied by one of the park lodges. The scheme for 11 no. luxury apartments comprises four levels of accommodation above a ground level car park. The site’s context has led to the use of a varied palette of materials such as natural sandstone, fibre cement cladding, render and large areas of glazing.
