Synopsis:
AEW designed this 240,000ft² warehouse plus three storey 47,000ft² call centre on a site which is bounded by the M60 motorway and the Ashton Northern Bypass. With clear internal heights of up to 15 metres and a large area of narrow aisle racking, the development sits on a total of 17.3 Acres of Ashton Commerce Park. Completed April 2005
