Conservation
We have a team of experienced professionals in undertaking commissions for historic buildings and their environs. AEW understands the complexity and good judgement required to cultivate lasting and high quality conservation projects.Our success is founded on sound knowledge of techniques, policies and strategies; sensitivity and quality of execution. We deal with Local Planning Authorities and relevant decision makers from experience of their culture and an understanding of how legislation and policies impact on a project. We have experience in carrying out historic site and building appraisals, preparation of planning and listed building applications and we excel at negotiating with English Heritage and other relevant third parties.
