AEW have been involved with the design and construction of a high number of hotel schemes from relatively small budget hotels to large scale premium hotels with associated wet leisure, bar, restaurant and conference facilities. We also have experience developing concepts for bespoke boutique hotels with associated retail and leisure elements. We have experience of designing for various modular building systems including timber frame that support our clients’ requirements for environmental and tight build/operating programme needs.Our services in this sector include very fast feasibility studies in line with planning policy, Board approval documents and bespoke Interior Design services.
