AEW produce HQ and office buildings as individual as our clients that require them. We understand the importance of future flexibility and we address the changing dynamic of the workplace to help our clients achieve their business goals. Our expertise covers many schemes ranging from small scale 'front door' owner occupier units from 500 sq.ft. to larger scale speculative HQ and office developments of over 100,000 sq.ft. We embrace BREEAM as a measure of sustainability having designed a number of projects that meet the required standards.
