Our 20+ year involvement at Birchwood Park continues with the successful completion of The Quadrant.

    The sixth phase of industrial development delivered 170,000ft² of grade A industrial accommodation, whose high quality, flexible design has been evolved and refined through our experience, knowledge and collaboration with the client, design and local agency teams to best meet anticipated future market trends and current occupier demands.

    The five self-contained warehouses, ranging from 18,000ft² to 58,000ft², feature steel portal frame construction with a mixture of built-up and composite cladding systems, contain a high percentage of flexible office content. The buildings have all been designed in 3D using our in-house BIM / REVIT capability, which has been used to add value throughout the process including the innovative use of virtual reality to showcase the design of the units and to create virtual tours hosted online by the Client for marketing purposes.

    The contemporary interior design reflects Birchwood Park’s ethos & branding, taking inspiration from the site’s industrial heritage, whilst introducing calming, green tones reflecting the surrounding business park’s rich landscaping, to provide a premium modern working environment. The high-specification interior scheme delivered throughout the reception, toilet, stairs, kitchens and office elements includes timber, dark steel work with textured feature wall finishes, which we communicated with CGI’s and flythrough’s generated directly from our construction information, for ease of Client understanding and sign off.

    Warrington has been crying out for industrial space of this size and spec for some time, and so we’re confident that the second phase of our Cavendish Warehouse development will meet the needs of businesses and plug this gap in the market. We’ve taken on board experience from the first phase of our development to ensure we’re able to offer greater flexibility when it comes to adapting this industrial space, to suit the needs of both our current or future occupiers
