Holly joined AEW in 2026 as an Interior Designer and primarily works on the fast-paced national rollout of McDonald’s Reimage projects.

Holly has extensive experience across both commercial and residential sectors, bringing together creative thinking and practical delivery. She works across all stages of the design process, from early feasibility and concept development through to detailed design and delivery on site. She supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality interiors across multiple sites, balancing brand standards with practical, buildable design solutions. She specialises in high-volume, fast-track projects, ensuring that design intent is maintained while meeting programme, budget and regulatory requirements. Holly places strong emphasis on user experience and buildabilty, working closely with colleagues, consultants and clients to deliver well-considered, practical interiors.
