Lileth joined AEW in 2023 as an Interior Designer. She predominately works on the fast-paced, roll-out of McDonald's Reimage projects.

With over 7 years of industry experience, Lileth has worked in a broad variety of sectors including residential, offices and more recently retail and restaurant design. Her role allows her to work on every stage of the design process from feasibility to completion, working alongside the wider design team and the client throughout. Lileth has a keen interest in sustainability and strives to incorporate that into her projects, she is also a sustainability influencer to further her knowledge in the area.
