Shaun is a Senior BREEAM Consultant within AEW’s Sustainability Team. He joined the practice in May 2026 to strengthen the practice’s BREEAM expertise.

Shaun has excellent experience delivering BREEAM assessments across a wide range of sectors and ratings, with a fantastic record of successful delivery. Shaun has a passion for all things sustainability and alongside his BREEAM expertise, he is also experienced in delivering a range of tertiary sustainable reporting, including Sustainability Statements and Circular Economy Statements in support of planning application Shaun is also a member of AEW’s Sustainability Ambassadors team within the practice and is passionate about driving progress towards more sustainable practices both within AEW and externally.
