We are seeking a reception and administrative support role to join our 90+ Manchester City Centre architectural practice.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (subject to experience)

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a flair for design with good communication skills including team working.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of reception and office facilities
  • Provides general admin support across the business as required
  • First port of call for email and phone enquiries
  • Responsible for managing all office supplies
  • Ensures that diarised management meetings, and office briefings are catered for appropriately.
  • Responsible for booking all travel and accommodation requirements for the business and documents on internal systems.
  • Responsible for all PPE requirements for the business.
  • Liaises with the landlord and contractors as required and monitors necessary maintenance of the premises
  • Supports with the QA procedures for the business
General Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • A high attention to detail, team working skills, and the ability to work within deadlines as and when required.
  • A flexible attitude and approach
  • Responsible for familiarising yourself, and adhering to, all AEW company policies and procedures and report any breaches as required.
  • Together with your line manager, identify your own development needs, take into consideration current work activities and career goals.
  • Undertake structured and unstructured CPD activities and to ensure personal development and log the time accordingly.
