We understand the importance of conserving historical and listed buildings and the sensitivities of working in conservation areas. Our dedicated architectural heritage team allows us to offer expert opinion on projects that include or affect heritage assets and historical buildings.
Our team’s experience includes working on listed building applications, applications in conservation areas, impact assessments, quinquennial surveys, specialist fabric repairs and assisting with Heritage Lottery Funding.
Our heritage experience includes the building fabric restoration of the Grade II Listed Glossop Town Hall and the regeneration of Accrington Town Centre which includes the regeneration and conservation of the historical market hall for the Hyndburn Council.
