At Bromborough, we have secured unanimous planning approval for 249, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for Muse. With the MOD site designated for industrial use, yet lying vacant for 15 years, we helped promote the site through the emerging Wirral Local Plan for residential development. We developed the masterplan and design code proposals.
