We’re delighted to announce our successful appointment to Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework – the latest iteration of its consultancy framework – marking our third consecutive term, following a highly competitive tender process.
The £175 million national framework, running over four years, will support housing providers, local authorities, NHS organisations, education, and blue-light services in sourcing trusted, high-quality consultancy services for the built environment.
The framework provides Fusion21 members with access to an experienced pool of consultants with a strong track record of delivery across a range of disciplines. It has been designed to reflect the latest regulations, including the Building Safety Act (BSA 2022), and to help members meet evolving competency and compliance standards.
We have been appointed to the following Lots, with regional coverage across England – including London and the South East:
- Lot 4: Architecture
- Lot 11: Carbon Reduction and Sustainability
Our reappointment reflects both the strength of our architectural expertise and our commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful carbon reduction and sustainability outcomes across their projects.
Commenting on the announcement, Director Colin Savage said of the appointment: “We are proud to once again be recognised by Fusion21 for our ability to deliver high-quality, future-ready design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability. Being appointed to both the Architecture and Carbon Reduction & Sustainability lots demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting clients across the public sector as they navigate new regulatory challenges and ambitious net zero targets.”
Tania Silva, Framework Manager at Fusion21 said: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework, including AEW Architects. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best suppliers for our members to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment.
“Members accessing this framework will work with a team of technical procurement experts whilst benefiting from procurement efficiencies, value for money, and a fast route to market. ”
This achievement builds on AEW’s proven record of delivering innovative, efficient, and socially valuable projects across multiple sectors for our public sector clients. Our continued inclusion on Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework reinforces our position as a trusted partner in delivering projects of all scales and complexity.
