Basford East has seen us work with Muse to develop multi-phased masterplan for a 39 ha site in Crewe. We have developed a detailed application for Phase 1 and an outline application for Phase 2. The units are complemented by high quality, sustainable landscaping, including a wetland habitat and an attenuation pond. It targets BREEAM "Very Good".
