We are appointed to several Frameworks which enable our clients to appoint us to deliver a range of services across our specialist sectors.

We support innovation, adopt collaboration, provide opportunities for sustainable job creation and training and deliver efficiencies and value for money.

  • We are an accredited supplier on the Bloom Pro-vide 2.0, NEPRO³ Framework solution.

    NEPRO³ is an OJEU compliant procurement Framework which assists the public sector bodies to buy and manage specialist professional services from a choice of regional and national suppliers. The Framework is available to use by all public sector bodies.

    • We have completed the onboarding process for the Constellia Framework.

      At Constellia they provide a Neutral Vendor MSP for Professional services (available to the public sector via two Frameworks) and a Consultancy MSP service for private sector clients, both supported by an established Marketplace.

      • We are appointed to the ‘Architectural Services’ Lot of the Cutting Edge Framework (2021 - 2025).

        The residential focused Framework covers the north of England and supports the procurement and delivery of social housing developments across a wide range of sectors including tenures, affordable housing, affordable rent, affordable shared ownership, outright sale and older person shared ownership. Framework members include: Riverside, Onward Homes, Progress Housing Group, the Regenda Group, Magenta Living, Salix Homes, Irwell Valley Homes and Together Housing Group.

      • We are appointed to ‘Lot 2 – Architectural Services (C North West)’ of the EN: Procure Consultancy Framework (2020 – 2024).

        The EN:Procure Framework has an estimated total value of £10.4m over 4 years. The Framework is run by Efficiency North who’s members and customers can utilise the Framework to procure cost effective, consultancy services in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England. Framework users include the Guinness Partnership, Sheffield City Council, Beyond Hosing and the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.

        • We are appointed to ‘Lot 2 – Architects for New Build and Refurbishment Work’ of the ForViva Framework Building Services Framework (2018 – 2022).

          The ForViva group includes housing associations City West Housing Trust and Villages Housing Association, as well as construction firm Liberty Group, and ForLiving, which provides homes for market rent, private sale, and shared ownership.

          • We are appointed to ‘Lot 4 Architectural’ of the Fusion 21 Consultants Framework. (2021 – 2025).

            The Framework is designed to support public sector organisations, including housing, education and healthcare providers to deliver capital work programmes. Fusion 21’s members, and users of the Framework, include: Onward Homes, Greater Manchester Police, Transport for London and a range of local authorities, NHS bodies, Police and Fire authorities and registered charities.

            • We are a named supplier to both Turner & Townsend and Curtins on the Homes England Multidisciplinary Panel Framework (2019 - 2023).

              The Framework requires teams to provide technical advice, services and design input that will help Homes England prepare brownfield and surplus public sector land for residential development. It is open to registered providers, local authorities, healthcare trusts, colleges, schools, higher education providers, and all other government bodies.

              • We are appointed to “Lot C4a West” and “Lot C4 East” of the Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework (2020 – 2024).

                We have been appointed to provide architectural services on this £750m Framework which is managed by Great Places Housing Group. Framework users include: Aspire Housing, Bolton at Home, Halton Housing Trust, Jigsaw, Johnnie Johnson Housing, MSV, One Manchester, Peaks and Plains, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, Onward, Manchester City Council, Wigan Council and the City of Stoke-on-Trent Council.

                • We are appointed to ‘Lot 2: Architectural’ of the Sovini Development Consultancy Services Framework (2020-2024).

                  This 4-year Framework is for the provision of consultancy services. The Agreement will be used by Sovini and all subsidiaries of Sovini.

                  • We are one of four Architects appointed to Mosscare St Vincent's (MSV) Contract Consultants Procurement for All Dynamic Purchasing System.
