We’re an Investors in people Awards Finalist

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for the UK Employer of the Year: Gold (50–249 people) category at the Investors in People Awards 2025.

The awards recognise organisations with outstanding people management, based on IIP accreditation results. Nominees are assessed on their approach to culture, wellbeing, career development and how they continue to improve and sustain success.

Over recent years we’ve worked hard to achieve Investors in People Gold accreditation, building on our IIP Wellbeing Gold accreditation in 2023. Therefore, being shortlisted for the first time is a testament to our team’s efforts and our commitment to being a people-first business.

The ‘We Invest in People’ framework helps organisations worldwide to lead, support and develop their people for stronger business performance. It focuses on three areas:

  • Leading – inspiring people, living organisational values and empowering teams
  • Supporting – managing performance, recognising achievement and structuring work effectively
  • Improving – building capability, driving continuous improvement and creating long-term success

Karey Wardhaugh, Head of People, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been a finalist alongside such strong competition. It’s a huge celebration for the whole team. The Investors in People Awards give us the chance to benchmark ourselves against organisations who share our values, and to reflect on what we’ve achieved so far.”

This recognition follows our inclusion in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the third consecutive year, which celebrates the UK’s top employers and the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ colleagues, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.
