On every project, we support innovation, adopt collaboration, generate job and training opportunities and deliver efficiencies and value for money. We’ve delivered projects across our sector and service portfolio. These have ranged from the conservation of listed buildings to the repurposing and reuse of Council assets.
Notable projects include the regeneration of Oldham Spindles for Oldham Council via the Fusion21 Framework and the award winning South Gate, Openshaw for One Manchester via the JV North Framework. This latter projects saw us deliver 35 mixed-tenure homes – including 15 bungalows for those with cognitive conditions.
