We’re a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2026

We are delighted to announce that, for the fourth consecutive year, we’ve been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list.

The nationwide workplace survey, powered by WorkL, honours and celebrates Britain’s top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.

The survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. To achieve a high overall engagement result, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework which encompasses aspects such as Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Job Satisfaction.

In our listing, we were praised across several areas: “This architect practice knows a thing or two about creating inspiring places. The Manchester head office maximises natural light and incorporates natural patterns and materials to reduce stress and boost creativity. The B Corp… funds professional memberships and runs a busy continuing professional development programme for its 98 employees. Annual surveys drive improvements, with feedback leading to changes to maternity, adoption and paternity pay and the firm’s hybrid flexible working policy.”

Head of People, Karey Wardhaugh, has said of the achievement:

“We’re thrilled to make the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the fourth consecutive year.  Fundamental to our success are our people and I believe that this illustrates that our team feel heard and supported.”

Our appointment to the list, comes off the back of us also making the AJ100 for the fourth time.
