Redefining a town centre to integrate a new 185,000ft² Tesco, an existing enclosed shopping centre and new 200,000ft² retail park.
Located centrally in Walkden town centre, we refurbished the Ellesmere Shopping Centre including integration of a new Tesco superstore. The rear of the development was designed to open out into a retail park accessible by foot from the town centre yet accommodation over 2000 parking spaces.
