Known as Bredbury 25 Trade Park, this commission by Seddon Developments / Construction saw the partial demolition, extension and full refurbishment of an existing tired warehouse facility to form a new 46,784ft² trade counter units. The architectural design was based on a 3D laser scan of the building, with subsequent 3D modelling and co-ordination allowing the design to be fully co-ordinated and communicated with the client, design team, contractors and letting agents.
