Our repurposing of this historic Roman Catholic Seminary from 1850 into 92 luxury apartments will ensure its preservation for generations. The master plan for the 400-acre estate includes a further 205 sympathetic new build apartments, a 36 hole golf course and extensive landscaped grounds.
