We have worked with Lineage Logistics on their facilities nationwide, helping them set new standards in frozen food logistics. Our projects include their 100,000 sqft depot at Heywood and a 100,000sqft depot at Newark, with planning consent secured for a further 180,000sqft on the same site.

Our most recent project is ‘SuperHub South’ which is located in the Great Haddon Employment Zone near Peterborough. This comprises a 385,000sqft logistics hub and cold store facility. The innovative high bay rack-clad structure reaching 35m in height will have an eventual 150,000 pallet capacity at minus 30 degrees.

Additionally, plans have recently been submitted for an extension to Lineage’s Heywood facility, which includes a single skin cold store, with loading dock and associated office space, which will provide much needed additional storage for this growing company.
